a thousand words... a thousand smiles... a thousand embraces...

so fully as I read
your letters
for weeks
and months.
So beautiful
so loving
so kind
You encouraged me
inspired me
lifted me
in every way
made me feel
so full
so complete.
A thousand words...

Your smile is sunshine
your touch so electric
flowing through me
like a river
washing over me
like a soft rain.
You give of yourself
to make others happy
And in all you do
I smile
I laugh
I sigh
just knowing you
A thousand smiles...

A gentle heart
for your family
your friends
your neighbors
that shows me
a love so caring
Every moment
you spend with me
shows me such love
such beauty
such depth
in your mind
your heart
your soul
A thousand embraces...

Everything about you
excites me
awakens me
challenges me
I thought I'd known love
but never like this
never what I sense
in your life
for me
So powerful
so deep
so overwhelming

This poem is very true and feeling. The reader is able to imagine how you feel. However, the piece is full of cliches. Maybe think of unusual words to describe this girl. Love poems are done very very often, and so in order to create a truly great love poem, something must be different. Something must set it apart from the rest. Maybe try to add something to make the reader think, this is not your typical love poem.

I love love love the style of this poem! It flows and ebbs (a poem can ebb?) and your adoration && love for this woman pours out of every line. I hope I'm able to write something this beautiful and touching sometime in the future. Again, amazing enchnating piece :)
