Disentranced.

Disentranced.

A Poem by M. M. Lovar

Never has she felt so distant from these monsters.
So detached from their eyes,
and indifferent to their snares.
She now recoils when her skin feels their toughness.
She sighs excursions of her hearts' wistful, wishes.
A life led by love, and too many heartbeats broken.
There's no longer a place for her light in their darkness.
