Windows to Your Soul

Windows to Your Soul

A Poem by Chelsea Miller

I see your eyes,
They seem to say,
All that you'll never give away,
Why is it that you never show
The life inside that ebbs and flows
And forms a river deep inside
Of thoughts and questions that you hide?
It doesn't know. It doesn't see.
It questions; unsure, gentle, free.
I saw it in your eyes today;
An honest passion; the joy of play.
I wish that you would not disguise
The beauty that's behind those eyes.

Unconditional Love
A poem that begs the question, as to why we continue to allow The Devil to win?
Remember When.
Days gone by.
