Afternoon Nap.

Afternoon Nap.

A Poem by Chelsea.

Freshly wounded knees

Thighs softer that the sheets I’m laying in

Duvet half falling off the bed

My big bear staring into my eyes

Wonder woman and Playboy posters

On my walls

Walls not thin enough to cover my Sins

Barefoot

One leg hanging off the bed

Other neatly tucked to my chest

Teddy bear under my arm

Hoping it will erase the Sin I’ve done

Temperature warm

Almost too much to breathe

Chapped lips parting in “please”

Cheeks redder than strawberries

Brows are waves of the sea

Frowning and relaxing in different grinds

Based on how I feel like

Thoughts are having a road trip in my head

Shivering and heavy breathing along the way

Discovering new places and feelings

But I’m just looking at my ceiling

Meeting a lot of people

My friends

My teacher

An audio of my crush.
