My Golden Haired Angel

for you, mother, always and forever.

An angel came upon me with comfort and kindness.

her hair was like gold, so beautiful.

her eyes tells a story of worry and despair.

her mouth turns upside down. 

she gave me a kiss where it lays on my cheek

forever stained on my skin.

she whispers that hopefully everything will be okay.

the sickness i've gotten, seems its not going away.

she sits beside me, and gave me a look.

A look of worry and love. 

She tried so hard to comfort me, and all I can do is scream and cry. 

But She held my hand and gave me one more kiss on my cheek. she told me, "I love you, baby". 

and one minute I see a halo above her head.

She is my Golden Haired Angel.

That I will never forget.
