Digital Da Vinci

Digital Da Vinci

Digital Da vinci

Lonely shadows embraced through prisms

from the infinite monochromatic spectrum

of colors sent from the heavens...

revealing a digital image of a modern day angel

viewed in future generation's timeless eyes

...

the mind of da Vinci’s devine abstract thought

was  painted through a lensed time machine

Capturing the definition of beauty in  Glorious detail

Each layer more intense than the previous

...

To build a one-off piece of originality

That cannot be duplicated by any means

Down to the single atom that forms

The Mona Lisa of the cosmos.

There is all types of art even the one in our hearts and soul although many never see it or won't believe its there. Every person is beautiful but many are blinded. Your words are art in it self. That hit me hard bro at the end such power and truth. Too bad many out there don't know they are there own unique art, as they take brushes and metals to redefine and paint over their beauty. I love this piece man!

Another good write, I enjoyed this one. I did notice one small typo, "To build a one off piece of originality", I believe the off should be of.

Hey my friend, thanks for stopping by. One-off is an original piece, never created or duplicated. :)
This was simply stunning to me, honestly! I love the use of art in any way, shape or form in a persons thinking. Scary to say how we can photoshop pictures now however we want...innovation, that being and the end result being different than the original. We are all original somehow, we must believe that...we will always be our own people. We don't want to become another copy :/

Hey well thank you for the stunning review! Very true words ma'am. :)
Ultimately I like this one, but there are a few changes I would personally make, because some parts sound a little awkward.
I would change "of heaven’s gate’s " ‘gift of colors’" to "of heavenly gates' 'gift of color,'" because the double possessive sounds a little awkward to me.
I would change "that will be viewed in generation's timeless eyes" to "to be viewed through generation's timeless eyes." The change shaves off an unnecessary syllable.
I would change "Each layer more intricate than the previous" to "Each layer trumping the one before." Again, fewer syllables and the message is simpler and deeper.
That's pretty much it for changes that I would make. Besides that the poem is beautiful. My favorite line is the last one: "The mona lisa of the cosmos." Absolutely gorgeous. It's amazing how the word "cosmos" makes everything sound so poetic and profound. It's a perfect ending. Thanks for sharing and keep up the good work.

Neurotically yours,

Thanks so much for the advice. It was poorly written on my phone, so I have made some changed. Hope .. read more
codes, digital, strokes of genius lost in technology...

where did the realness go?

i want to look at the original...the version on canvas...everything so digital these days...and gets lost somewhere in the cosmos...as you say.
