I love being me.

I & Me

 

 

I wander amongst this mass confusion inside my head

Looking at all the chaotic instabilities

of backward thought, broken coherencies, and jumbled allusions

I ponder what order would be like in a lawless land

of straight lines tied to unified thinking

Where the Thought Police usher about blossoming ideas

into their sorted disillusioned bins and quagmire holding tanks

As the insane asylum tends to the drooling masses of unstable insanity stuffed in an overcrowded ward 

Allowing some to escape over the line of sanity's invisible marked territory

Where they mingle and breed like rabbits with rabies

Infecting every sane thought with jolts of clarity

Until every single thought new or old is sent along the neural pathways to be rationalized by the part of me that isn't rational at all, but is just as crazy as I am

So,

as I wander in this mass confusion of insanity that is I & me

and we agree

That no matter what order you put us in,

chaos will ensue.

This is a piece every poet is bound to love.. i really liked the fifth line..( unified thinking).Great idea.And yes we all have a crazy streak. We have a plethora of thoughts which are irrational but still we pen it down. And that makes us what we are.. Defining us.
