Inside my tears

Life distorts around me

Surrounded in clear liquid emotions

Falling with the weight of the world

Shattering with the conclusion of death

 

Scattered pieces of me evaporate

The vapor lost in an atmosphere of confusion

Trying to find the reincarnation of self

Never knowing who I was to begin with

I just mirrored the images around me

 

Influenced by allure of an instant "feel good"

I drank the potion of forgetfulness

Masked my face inside lies

Suppressing who I was in a dark alley

Held hostage by a boy with no identity

 

But I found my way

Despite the rage of self doubt

While lost in a distorted image

Clouded by my chemical romance

 

Yet here I am,

With nothing but amazingness inside a shell to offer the world

A world of material possessions with no time to witness greatness

A story of survival in the face of certain death by wrong decisions

To rise as the Phoenix

Entering a new dawn of potential energy

Lay witness to my arrival 

 

World...

Hear my voice

Hear my reason

Hear my story

of

love

pain

survival

and

the will to change my destiny

in the face of fates dreams.
