The Flying and Lost Dutchman meet...?

The Flying and Lost Dutchman meet...?

A Poem by Angela Mulley

A ship sails on the
horizon. Empty vessel.
First a dot, and then
a blot, until it emerged
like coal in the amber sky.

Sails floating against
the wind. Black and gold bound for
home, limitless and
drifting. But would either go?
Each could only wish they knew.

Very airy. I like how you pulled this straight from the heart and delivered it so we all can enjoy it. Its very mystical and contains a great element of figurative picture-painting. I like it!
