All but the Breeze is hidden

All but the Breeze is hidden

A Poem by Chris Z

Year's burdens carried by a moment,

A second in time that transends all others;

To compare with those I still hold

So vivid and rich it has remained

A haze at best is what I'd expect

For you and I both,

you more-so

But that's okay

Some memories aren't shared

Like Subtle wind,

These things go unnoticed

A memory to me isn't a memory to you,

So a virgin you are to the idea,

It imcomprihendable to you

But there it remains

A veil;

to hide all your faulters,

to shade all your wrongs

only to let the good permiate

A screen through which only the slight pulsing breeze can pass

...and you wonder why the storm clouds haven't skewed my perspective
