or maybe Sam Smith or Ariana Grande

mourn but not excessively

lose yourself in what you love

swim run bike

put darts in his picture if you like

burn the pictures

lose the messages and contact

eat cake pizza ice-cream

tell your parents: they've been through this

go to the beach pick up some shells

snuggle into your bed with a book and popcorn or cookies

get to know new people

learn to accept the fact that he doesn't want you

accept him as a friend
