A Poem by Meghan

We aren't happy, yet we won't let go. Heart shaped and red, a steady glow.
Too complacent, we are one in the same. All this love we put to shame
I've lost my mind too many times before
Lost, gone, then found: Don't know who I'm anymore
Only with you
Only with you

Elegance envelopes every echo of the voices in my head

Inked paper. Helicopters hover. Hydrangeas whisper love just a little longer
Too complacent, we are one in the same. All this love we can't put it too shame.
I burrow deep, too far for you to tell
Lost, gone, than found. You know me all to well.
Only with you
Only with you

Elegance envelopes every echo of the voices in my head
If it weren't for your love my soul would be dead.
