Never Was

Never Was

A Poem by CaSi
"

Not my favorite, but I'll let it roll ...haha

"

I'm taking a trip across the sky,

Sometimes I think I'd rather die.

Sometimes I cry,

Upon wondering why.

& the sunset the same here,

But the sunrise never came

Never miss,

Only your kiss,

In your arms,

I feel I'm safe,

But I got a race and no control,

I'm running to the top on a roll,

I'll always be the one to drop.

I see the east,

& I see the west,

But really they don't exist.

It's your mind,

Just like time,

Niver wished you were mine,

That's what I find.

A fantasy of what could've been,

What should've, been but never was.

You only explanation started with because

Whatever I know the rest

It never was.
