HeavenA Poem by George LoveMy description of Heaven
Heaven
Voices all around, calling my name.
Faces from years gone by
Embraces from long lost relatives
Some I still do not think were family
Yet here we are.
Bright glowing light is all around
No source found for the brilliance
Walking is effortless, food is marvelous
Eating without guilt nor wanting for more
And never wanting for less
Music rolls through every pore
Glory, glory I lift up my voice
Singing with all the songs of my youth
Praises to the Almighty
And Praises to his Son!
Never wanting for rest
Never sleepless at all
Or never sleeping at all
Matter not in this place
Once there we find our final home
Plenty for one, plenty for all
Room for all, tis never crowded.
One home like another along golden streets
Yet different as each soul residing
In this place of peace forever once more.
