so what's next?

and so life seemed so good

if only for a moment

I had you and you definitely had me

but of course everything that goes up

must come down

 

and although i've fallen before

and bounced back higher

i can't seem to get up from this

i can't seem to get away from the thought of you

the way you made me feel

 

don't know how i could fall so deep

so soon

but you have me still

although i know i have the power

to tear myself apart from you

 

part of me still keeps holding on

still wishing for the best

still hoping that you'll realize what you left behind

i keep wondering after this

what comes next...if anything at all
