This is short, but quite haunting.....it is unsettling in that I immediately interpreted it as the speaker searching, in death, for her love, who had passed before her, but cannot find him. It leaves so many questions unanswered....this is one of those writes that utilizes so few words, yet sends my mind off wandering. Great job!

This write has a strong resonance of Romeo and Juliet to me.

We are never gonna fully understand life nor death!

Few words capable of setting off an avalanche of thoughts.

Good job!

awwwwwww...heartbreaking in such a short and simple piece...making it even more powerful. Because sometimes, less is more. Great job.

I need to agree that this one is the shortest piece I've ever read here...
and I read it thrice(or even more) to get its real essence and believe me! its impact is huge..

I mean...such a small but a great and beautiful piece it is!
Great write :)

So few words, so many meanings. Another great write here, hon. You've proved that sometimes, less truly is more.

maybe,
someone finally realizing that they have loved that one person all along, but in the end, when they come back for them, they are no longer with us. its sad how that happens. the mind is clouded for so long of the undeceive thought of love. wickedly good

A strange little one here. So sad finding out you love someone when it is too late to say anything a loss not accepted. "They said you've gone up there."

--- Where are you? ..... a loss not understood

Well done
