In The Name Of Truth, Justice And Enlightenment

In The Name Of Truth, Justice And Enlightenment

A Poem by The Rock And Roll Cowboy(REBEL WITH A CAUSE)
"

I have been reading Dean Koontz "Frankenstein" series and am under the influence.

"

Brought to life

At the hands of an ego

And instruments,

It was lightening

That gave me soul

That helps me fight for right.

With the elements as my religion

I have all the inner faith

I need

To fight this false god.

He who made me

Is just my maker,

Not my father.

Damnation will come to he

Who speaks with silver tongue

To praise his own alter;

Resurrected will be the flock

Designed for his false prophecy.

Let my penance be a life in hell

If it will keep hell on earth

From being fulfilled.

The inner faith is the more important tool that we have it... Your poem shows so much true feelings...
Today I bought a notebook to write the lessons that I am going to learn this year... and in the cover of this book it is written: "With deep faith we light up the incense of our heart".

What a powerful vision brought about by the deepest inspirations of life... of existence... of right and wrong... You've shared a work that is moving and rich!

The end of this poem is profound. I really backs you relook at the whole piece. There are those who love God and have faith. They try to be good people and help other, but then there is the flip side of the coin. The ones that sit in chruch every Sunday pretending to love God and pretend to try to be goood people. After the Sunday service they run out with their mistress finding excuses on to come home while the wife sends her kids off with the nanny as she googles over the pool boy drinking too much cursing God for the live she lives. Great now you got me on a tangent.
