Universal Comfort

 

Fairy dust falls like snow

In the hearts of those without faith

In the magic of universal harmony.

Black holes are a natural part of eternity

But the hands of hope are stronger than

Those soul-sucking entities.

The dead of night is just a moment in time

While the sun dreams of being your brighter day.

Reaching out to save or be saved

Is just a universe away

That is only as big as you make it out to be.

The yin-yang of the universe is brought down to a finite scale we see and feel in our every day lives. It starts out very soft and pretty, sweeps in the ugliness of life, then ends with courage and hope. At least that's the way it spoke to me. Nicely penned my friend!
