My Personal Gym

My Personal Gym

A Poem by The Rock And Roll Cowboy(REBEL WITH A CAUSE)
"

I LOVE to work out ;)

"

I watch with exhilaration,

My heart racing

As that iron is pumped

Flexing the skin of her arm

Showing undeniable strength

That also runs deep.

I can’t help but get worked up

Watching the sweat beading down

Toward her chest.

There is an aching in my muscle

When she does her pushups

And I’m fantasizing about

Being underneath.

My knees grow weak

When she breaks into a rhythm

Of squats,

Every time those tone legs part

I have an insatiable urge

To flex between her thighs.

Strolling to the kitchen

I can’t help but smile

While making her protein shake

And a meal

Knowing full well that after dinner

I’ll be her workout

Till it hurts so good.

Oh YEAH RRC!!! If you don't burn calories or gain muscle during this workout then someone's doing it wrong...LOL! Also have to add...a headache should not be an acceptable response from anyone...for this is the best cure. It really works and in addition you get a WOWza:) Love the fun, humor and sensual aspects of this verse!

Nice and steamy, but tasteful. I like the ending how you get her dinner to make sure she's good and ready for later. A little sliver of John Cougar in the last line..P

Holy wow. That was short but absolutely awesome. Normally, poems with a subject like this are corny and stupid. You've revitalized my view of it. Well done, and you deserve some serious applause for this.

I'd love to see more!

I love to run on my treadmill :))))
nicely done. Protein shake? that's
something, I*ll tell him I also like to have that.
He already makes dinners and lunches and breakfasts
for me, what kind of protein shake should he get me?
it hurts so good? without anti inflammatory drug - no sports here.
lol
