Book Review January 2013

A Story by Phillitup

1. The Kingdom Keepers (a series) by Ridley Pearson
I have a major confession. This is my favorite book series. It seems kiddish and some of my friends are haters but I know adults who just love these books. This is a series about five teenagers (nobody's) named Finn, Philby, Maybeck, Willa, and Charlene who get chosen by Disney to be the models to create DHI'S. (Disney Hosts Interactive OR Daylight Holographic Imaging , depending on who you ask). They must cross over at night (a mysterious phenomenon) into the Disney parks to battle the overtakers and save the Kingdoms. If you have read my poems Dark, Chase, or Where no one can See then you have read about the Kingdom Keepers. Give it a chance, you'll love it!
2. Every Soul a Star by Wendy Mass
This delightful tale is told by three teenagers who will be brought together by fate and witness a great eclipse. A popular girl who doesn't want to leave her life for some stupid star camp forever, a nerd girl who doesn't ever want to leave said camp at all, and a lazy boy who's only going so he can complete his grade level for summer school. Filled with rain, stars, smiles, and dripping make up you will love this tacky tale of friendship.

I know this is short and only provides two things but one is a series of five books (seven in total but two aren't written the sixth comes out April second, 2013) and they are mostly all above the three-hundred page mark.

I heartily recommend the first one :D and I've read the other one, not quite as amazing but still okay.
