Pigs can fly with magical wings

while lynyrd skynyrd sings.

Monkeys jump from banana swings.

There are some of the crazy things,

that often dreams bring.

 

Brad Pitt nude only wearing a hat

holding a bag full of pink and blue cats.

Paris Hilton as she eats herself fat

indulges on tofu covered bats.

Now how werid is that?

 

Cows jumping over the moon,

while Johnny Depp eats cheese with a spoon,

and all the purple poines swoon,

ha well wouldn't you?

 

Santa flies in his chocolate sleigh,

through the Bucs game in Tampa Bay.

These are just some silly things that

people dream about ,

Here in Dream Cafe.

I like the dream process, and how our mind works when we sleep. One said that dreams are the minds way of breaking down everything the mind had witnessed through out the day....I like that theory....

hmmm well..I mean...as I write stories about fairies and to date I've included characters such as mermaids, speaking wolves, arguing chipmunks, leprechauns, greamlins and even a baby dragon...I don't think I should speak on how "out there" anyone elses mind can go lol. This was cute and a fun read....and...perhaps let a few of these silly ideas fly and see where they take you lol.

Your rythm and rhyme was great in this...though I didn't permit myself to ponder many of the visions...;)

I had a bit of a problem with the first stanza - I struggled with it until leaving to enjoy the rest of the piece. There's much to enjoy here although I'm not overfussed with Mr Depp or Mr Pitt but I can stick in my replacements.........Would be funny to see a fat Paris! To be honest I was only remarking the other day how nice it would be to read some light hearted poetry so thank you for this. With dreams like these who cares about reality!
