When I wanted to tell you that I loved you, that it would all be over soon, your eyes no longer saw this world. It was in those final moments that I realized what I truly am. I had condemned both of our lives to an eternity of death without thinking, and for that I will suffer all the trials of this world without complaint. I owe you that much.
