Father Help Me

Father Help Me

A Poem by Paul A. Lyons

Lies to the limit

Indifferent collision
Of truth and justice
And indecision
Major changes
Within the darkest
New infliction

Father help me find
The light I lost in fire
Dissolution
Help me live my life
As angels and the higher

Father help me see the truth
That hauls in your decision
Let me free my soul
Unfold
And find again your vision

Lies behold the greatest truth
That humans call description
Of love and faith and holy
Light
But never with decision

Father help me find the light
Before it finds solution
The cold inside my rotten heart
Demands a new incision

Lies to the limit
Indifferent collision
Of truth and justice
And indecision

Lies to the limit
Indifferent collision
Of truth and justice
Final addiction

Father bring me back to life
To see the new devotion
I promise I will cure my heart
And follow your instruction

There is a line in there that reminds of a very old witting that talks of Christ's blood being the "double cure".
I like your poem it shows the real dilemma of the heart.
