Serpent Lady

Serpent Lady

A Poem by Doctor Deathstab

Her scales glitter in the sunlight

She is my angel dragon

With burns she lights up midnight

Her tongue is always danger

I stand in spite of failure

My knees are fragile splinters

The pain is quite addictive

And God knows I can save her

Her eyes are gems that glisten

Such wisdom fills my chasm

Her ears will always listen

Abuse tingles like hairs standing on the back of my neck

Come Monday morning she’ll say goodbye with a peck

A peck to the cheek, she’ll peck out my eyes

She’ll burn with her lips until I’m deepfried

Nice line, someone else will always be our downfall.
