I am wondering where this perspective comes from? It doesn't seem like you - but then - I guess there is YOU in there. As get older, you realise that going to the gym, even just living life, is not about anyone else but yourself - so why are we at the gym, to improve cardio, to gain strength, to loose oneself in yoga or to smash out a perfect class? What a waste of time to go to the gym to get mens eyes on butts - how very intellectual :D Hopefully those who do this will awaken to real life very soon.

KWP: the most segregated places on earth are the church house on Sunday and the Gum. The church house I can forgive to the audacity of righteousness (sic). But the gym divides everyone along the transgress of age, looks, gender and the endless visual spectrum of beauty. The big girls stay near the big girls. The tall girls with the tall girls. The young, big and tall girls with the young, big and tall girls. Under the guise of health we can pretend that societal constructs don't exist but women cant escape it. Men on the other hand, aren't so wired, as their "divisions" are more cultural than physical. It hurts to be yourself when 'yourself' clings to the images that man deems perfect. I was listening to Sadhguru he talks about how our thoughts and emotions are whet create our reality - how are thoughts and emotions control our existential reality - Most people will never question their own thoughts or emotions - it is amazing when your brain actually snaps to realise this is actually true right? Hard to control - like really hard - but one realisation leads to the next.

No internet - man that would have been a killer - here I am in Lockdown in Sydney - 7 weeks in - I'm seriously going nuts!

men want a compromise...attractive but approachable...and one who may just say yes to him, so they can workout the rest of life together.
