A Poem by h d e rushin

   Surely, without sustain;

   When I return with a trabecula

   for fire and water for

   a stream,

   you were missed.

   If I happen to leave

   again, with the wan

   film of Michigan on

   my label, then

   consider me gone.

   But if I return, with

   cows eyes, farting red surf

   and bearded then I never

   left,

   but was merely influenced

   by the

   tangle.
