just one night

just one night

A Poem by Madeline Sime

Just One Night

Give me one night of you babe and I will show you all the love I'm capable of.
I'm not talking about sexual intercourse
I'm talking about talking things out
Showing you that I can cater to all your needs
All we need is a night with each other cuddling and telling each other what the other believes love is and what we feel for one another.
I can't tell you with words what I feel
But I guarrantee you that after a night of looking into my eyes and comfortable silence you will know me inside and out and i will know if you are as in love with me as you claim to be.
I'm not asking for sacrifices
Or words that are false
All I'm asking you is for one night
So that you can see that in God's eyes
The day I was born you were declared my husband and I your wife.

LOVELY POEM

Posted 15 Years Ago

i love it.
how your proclaiming your love.
when you said "I'm not talking about sexual intercourse".
it shows that you can get intimate without being intimate.
and you showed that in your poem.
great job.
