Learning the S**t of Life

Learning the S**t of Life

A Poem by Amorette Duvannes
"

it's s**t because i'm s**t and f**k all of this and f**k all of you i hate writing and i hate myself except i really only want to be good good good at all i do.

"
The skin of the city
Flakes off
A mouth for
All the reasons why.
The hound chases the
Foot of lore you are.
The wisest city grins,
An incurable smack-head
With tobacco pimples,
Lamenting the golden corpse
Wanting too much of this
Wanting too much of you
Yawns open like a shot,
Like an umpteenth knot
The hole abandons
The leather stage.
