Hate

Hate

A Poem by Elizabeth Boughner
"

An eight lined poem type my teacher had me write

"

Creepy, crawly, soundlessly, moving.

Horrible and careless

Dull, lifeless gray.

Smothering, putrid, toxic.

Rotting, soggy, filthy, disgusting.

Out of key, off beat, obnoxious.

Salty, chewy, horrible.

Hopeless , unneeded, death.

Hate.
