it may come of a bit harsh. I would love feedback.

Their are so many times when one becomes comfortable with their own depression and start to enjoy its company. You begin to sooth your depression by becoming more depressed. Although, you know it’s not right or you do at first, but than after a while your depression becomes comforting. Just like having a sweet tooth and fulfilling your sweet tooth even when your on a no sugar diet. Sometimes you’ll find yourself being totally happy and tending to make yourself depressed sometimes intentionally sometimes just out of pure habit. Sometimes no matter what you do you can’t become un-depressed so when someone says be happy it make you feel like DON’T YOU THINK I’M TRYING I’LL JUST PUSH THAT SWITCH AND BE HAPPY ALL THE SUDDEN. You may get upset with them when you shouldn’t. Which is okay but just remember their trying to help. They just don’t always know how. Even when shutting people out turning to those depressing quotes rather than happy ones feels comforting. Its not! It’ not living it’s having your own goddamn pitty party! Just because it feels right doesn’t mean it is! Just cause you get diagnosed with depression or a mental illness doesn’t mean you get to have a pitty party and quit trying. It mean you have to try twice as hard as others! It means you have a chemical in balance it doesn't mean your broken! It means you may get sad or mad for no reason it means your gonna struggle it means you might have some scary thoughts at points. It means your not always gonna be happy! It means there may be some things you can’t do for a while. It means your gonna have to work harder than most at some s**t! It means your gonna feel ways you don’t know how to control or act in ways you don’t know how to stop. Although, you will figure it out! It doesn’t mean throw your life away! It doesn’t mean give up! It doesn’t mean your broken! It doesn’t mean you get to throw yourself a pitty party and drink your own tears as tea!
