So few words yet they are powerful enough to bring the images to one's mind - the horror of it all!
Yes, no milk today - curdled intent has ruined it!

thank you, Sheila...it is all so awful....the intent, yes. curdled.

How do we ever get our heads around the loss of humanity at such a devastating cost? I pray that prayer can heal us...

Such a stirring tribute, Jacob.

No milk, no creamer...

We need to pray also for those heartless creatures to find their conscience.

Complete story in it's conciseness.

It won't end until the people have really had enough. For now, we are still taking it all in I guess

Short and delicious. Very few words, but still exceptionally descriptive. I feel like I'm living a live with no milk today. Always a joy to read your work!

it's all too crazy and tragic....thank you, Elwyn.

A very moving piece. I could even smell the scent of coffee brewing and pastries in the air. The sound of laughter, of people chatting. Lovers holding hands, a shared kiss. Then in a moment the world went dark, and I touched my face to see if my eyes were still open. Hoping it was just a dream. But I awaken to a tragedy for all humanity. Praying for peace
in the world
in the midst of such darkness.

I dream of a fog filled street in Paris, lit by the gas-lights. Hard to accept the present day.

thank you for your words,
j.
I hear you what you be talking 'bout: #ParisAttack!

It's such a same that people are being forgotten - have lost humanity - the piece of s***s, no matter what. Whatever damn just seemed to be left behind's nothing but the shades of misery. You capture real nice moments of ... "TODAYs" in words quite well...

... short, simple and beautifully written to the point!
