sweet ebbing

sweet ebbing

A Poem by Deborah Shepard

Calypso sweet ebbing to my soul
You take my heart, lines across the eyes
Sweetest lover of feathered lines, traced emboss
Laced fingertips to each Celtic spoken words low

Calypso speaking love, words just from his hands
He plays the soul with softest tender care
I feel his strangers love cationic stare
My flowering tears, fill his champagne glass, his loving lass

Calypso designed roses falling etchings in divine
Each feathered promise laid in treasures lake, sweet sadness vine
Finding each song filled with embossed love notes
Shared in the forever winds carried to each lovers anode
