Color me elusive

Color me elusive

A Poem by Deborah Shepard

Colorful Dragonflies sheltered all my paths

Painted as each door opens at last

Caressed lilacs sides in each child's lighted stream

Color me elusive ,life's only dream

Vesper be the stones that carry me to home

How the beacon rides in showed skies, alone

Remembering paths of loves I have known

Color me illusive, bring me home

Taste the delicate foods scent of the night

Bring me the beauty through guitars string mine

Let me love you for whom I am swayed

Color me elusive's, my big day
