I thought of you

I thought of you

A Poem by Jane Doe

I thought of you

I thought of you,
And begun to smile,
I thought you were amazing,
Until the rest made me take a sip of the reality vile.

I thought
We could walk down the aisle
I thought I wouldn't have to find another
Maybe I should consider reconcile?

Maybe not,
This may be for the best after all,
A man with no amazing lady,
'Tis not a mere man at all.

I liked,
Maybe even loved you,
Maybe if I think about it,
I still do.

But it is you,
No matter what,
I shall stay faithful,
As long as your heart is mine as well as mine is yours.

This was such a cute poem. I found it really adorable because it was talking about love. At least this poem was really light. I really enjoyed this poem a lot though. You did a really nice job writing this. I could feel the passion within this poem. Thanks for sharing.

Such an amorous heart for your age, and I find that wonderfully delightful...I was playing basketball, probably picking my nose at your age, and didn't pick up writing until, probably, seventeen...well, I still play basketball...anyhoo, keep those emotions on lock because you are the future Pinay Poets that will carry the torch...my Gf is German Pinay like you, and I'm a mutt Filipino, as well. Keep up the great work...let your words travel. Write on. ;)
