Momma

Momma

A Poem by Jane Doe

Mother
Dedicated to mom.

A mother is not the one who gives birth,
It is not the one who gives you the most,
One who feeds you and loves you regardless,
The narrator of your life not the host to your party.

She's there whether it matters,
Or not,
Not for publicity,
But to be with you, forever there for you.

So this is especially for my mother,
And all those mothers out there,
Thank you for giving us,
More then life a reason to be who we are.

For supporting us,
Even if we were wrong,
A tribute to you,
Cause you more then a mom, your a hero.

Role model,
Friend,
My mother,
Till the end.

For being patient,
Sarcastic,
Non- distant,
And just plain fantastic.

I love you,
I need you,
For everything you do,
For helping me through everything new.
