I dont know

I dont know if I deserve him,
My baby, my world my gem,
They are my world,
But do I deserve them?

Do I deserve,
The attention I get,
The talents I happen to have,
Someone I wish to have met but I still haven't yet.

I wish to know,
These answers so to God I pray
I pray to keep him,
For at least another day.

He hasn't answered me yet,
But God hasn't taken him away,
Nor my baby,
So up until then everything is okay.
