Very nice. You might want to change the fourth line to 'there are no gains'. It sounds a little unnatural on its own, but within the piece it will be less jarring given that you rhyme later in the poem. I really like how you've made the title it's own metaphor apart from the piece AND managed to subtly reference it despite this.
