The FearA Poem by Daniel FourieLiving life in the confines of fear. When will it end?
This fear is driving me to the darkest depths of my mind It feels so real, like I might just become the things I loathe I walk around in circles, constantly trying to not stumble I'm sitting here with God on my side while the world keeps spinning Will I never be heard by my fellow man? Anxious to the point of distraught Lock me up, put me in a cage Insanity is what is ruling Lord please Make me full, for I cannot live life in the confines of fear any longer So I ask you once more When will it end? © 2013 Daniel Fourie |
