What Do You See?

What Do You See?

A Poem by Frieda P

Butterflies take flight
 to the sun
to see the beauty
 of its rise and fall
it's metamorphosis
 a mystical tale

as the moon spins
 out of control
toppling crashing
 waves to rush

azure seas
glint shores of magic
pink flamingos
 on a blue lagoon

magnificent
 blue whales leap
to steal a glimpse
 of delightful

posies dabbling
 in watercolors
peacocks try
 to steal the show

the giraffe sticks
 his neck out
to see the glory
 of a dragonfly

who lands on the
 fierce tigress
protecting her
 fuzzball cubs

koalas hug and kiss
 fervently
in hopes of creating
 a wee joey

Paint a picture,

 what do you see
the spectacular
 beauty of nature

gloriously bountiful
for all to share

Well... Hmmm
I would have to write a poem to reply dear.
I do see a poet dreaming a living dream. I see a poet who is part of this very landscape and no less Devine than the beauty that surrounds her.
Stay in this happy garden a spell my dear. It isy wish for you this Sabbath morn.

Lovely poem Frieda but even poetic licence wil not allow koalas to produce a baby kangaroo (joey) lol!
