Jumping gypsy soul surrendering symphonics Frieda! Damn, you sure know how to stir the breeze with your poetry.
Ha, there is no better gypsy guitarist than Carlos Santana (saw him play at the Allentown, Pa Fair way back when, and Black Magic Woman and Abraxas live is like floating inside a hurricane). But the music you chose (George Harrison song) not only made your words cry with surrender, but wove the "missing you", "musky scent" into our hearts as well. Dreams like these, of love's, past or lost always leave their scent on the "curves of my (our) decolletage". The words, the song- guitar, cello, voice- move with the sadness of what was, even as you awaken. Still, they haunt us and often make us "weep" with "missing you" tears.
Thinking about gypsy soul, I remember with fondness that movie with Juliette Pinoch and Johnny Depp, "Chocolat"- talk about "whispering sonnets in my ear"... Frieda, your poetry is as tempting as Vianne's chocolate... even as your guitar gently weeps... WOW

Mmmmmm warm breath on the nape of my neck.....I could feel it as I read your words. To be able to have his cologne wafting up at you from your decolletage....divine! A delightfully romantic, yet bittersweet write. Lydi**

Sweet of you to say, if you 'felt' it, I'm thrilled! Thanks so much Lydikey...
I originally typed "Wow!" ...Read it twice and I'm replacing it with "Mmm"
Good thing I work overnight and will be going to bed alone this morning --- or else I wouldn't be sleeping for awhile! (Any more of that goood tea, Lady Fri? )
Mmm, mmm, mmm that's a delicious piece of...uh, piece!
....and ya can't go wrong with Santana playing in the background ;-)
Thanks (...I think...) so much!

Loved this! Deep yet simple. I feel like emotion is subjective with the reader, which is my favorite because there is room for much interpretation.

This is a beautiful poem of seduction. All the correct erotic buttons where pushed here: music, scent, touch.. Poems about seduction seduce more responses than most. Gypsy folklore is a symbol of erogenous bliss.
What a blissful review, thanks so much Aethereal...enjoy your weekend!
