Forget-me-not dewdrops

Forget-me-not dewdrops

A Poem by Frieda P
"

flutterby verses~

"

She glides on the wings of flutterby verses
     shadows linger on the horizon
yesterday's rhyme a mere notion                                                                             cries blue Forget-me-not dewdrops
under a indigo moon that flipped the sun
you can hear her as twilight whispers
floating ever so hesitantly on a song,
a darkly hued melody in the key of departed

Oh sighs, flutterby gets me every time... I know the story behind it all and it tugs at my heart. You, my gorgeous Mama are truly a beauty and even through your sad words beauty is shining through.

// a song in the key of departed //

Oh man, my heart...... This was beautifully written and oh so sad, your heart was on the page. xoxo

"a song in the key of departed"

such a sad melody...even with the beauty of the background you provide here with your detail.

Still I feel sadness or loneliness in your floating poetry. Your writing style delivers these emotions in a beautiful way. I really enjoyed this today.

With life comes uncertain sadness sometimes, thanks Will.
Beautiful, I have a special fondness for butterflies.
This one here is carefree yet maybe even a tad cautious?
It's so delicate and pretty this one.

A beautiful song, a wonderful butterfly dancing poem for a wonderfully special woman... Frieda, this poem and your thoughts of comfort can perhaps ease some of the pain... and yes, I think she will "fly".
