the world...not what i imagined

When i was little, i was told of
toothfairies
How they collect teeth from under
pillows and leave money
I've grown now and the only similar
case is People's teeth knocked out and robbed
of all their money
Life turned out quite the opposite, aint
that
funny?
Teachers taught me numbers, but all i count are murder rates They taught me
words too,i just red about a murder
case
Headline reads 'little girl knifes father's
face'
All i'm saying is this not the kinda life i grew up believing, from my younger
days
