Practically Undoing

Practically Undoing

A Poem by Kenneth The Poet

The void so penetrating
where gravity is raining
straight down, unlike a
straight-line wind, inverting,
reversing, practically undoing
everything they know, love
and understand like a
cosmic hole punch
cannibalizing the left edges
of copier paper so
James Patterson can
have another bestseller
after working on it for
fifteen seconds, like he's
the ultimate miracle worker.

And so the rubber sheet
geometry is suddenly reworked,
rather randomly, and the breach
happens regardless of what
cosmic dust believes,
the universe has her period
at her own discretion.

the ultimate miracle worker.

I sense jealousy here? lol
Nicely penned!
