Grandfather

A Prayer

Grandfather free me from my doubt that squelches my fire.  Open my Heart to accept my true nature which is love and compassion.  Help me to unlearn what I have been taught that there is good and evil, when there is truly only good, there is truly only Love and hate was created by man.  Help me to understand we are meant to live in a world without war, without envy, without strife, a place of peace, of harmony, of true rest.  When I close my eyes and seek the peace inside my Heart I feel reality that there is only love, I feel one with all that is, I melt into the harmony that has always been.  Help me Grandfather to unlearn what I have been taught about taking, about competition, about making sure I get my share.  Help me to learn to Give, to really give all, for we can only receive to a level of our ability give, and this is balance, and God is balance, Balance, Harmony, Giving are all Universal laws that cannot be altered for any reason for all would crumble if it were so.   And Grandfather help me to Listen to the true Desire's of my Soul, help me to step away from my self that is so attached to his senses, and step into my Self that exists beyond this physical, my real Self is Eternal, 

where past, future and now are the same, once I can step into this Self at any moment all will be complete, I will finally understand that I am truly One with God.
