I stand in Nature and turn to each of the Four Directions. It is a simple humble ceremony that I do to keep myself connected. I share it with you from my Heart.

The Rise of the Morning Sun

I welcome you into my Heart 

Come and be with me, help me in my Decisions

Energy of the South

The warmth of the Midday Sun

I welcome you into my Heart 

Come and be with me, guide me to my Knowing

Energy of the West

The Color when Father Sun kisses you good Night 

I welcome you into my Heart 

Come and be with me, help me to know my work is Done

Energy of the North

The tall Trees, my Ancestors, Wind 

I welcome you into my Heart 

Come and be with me, help me to know I am not Alone

Oh Father Sky

I call to you, I know you See Me

I welcome you into my Heart 

Come and be with me, guide me, hold me, Please

Oh, my Dear Mother Earth 

I feel you, and I know you feel me Too

I welcome you into my Heart 

Come and be with me, bless me to learn from all you Offer 

Oh, my Highest Self

I know you, and I know you know me Too

Come and share with me, bless me with all that you Know

Spirit of the Wind 

I feel you, I hear your Whispers

Spirit of the Cloud 

I see you wispy in the Sky

Spirit of the Mountain 

I feel your Energy your message of Strength 

I welcome you into my Heart

Spirit of the Tree

I feel your Energy as you connect Sky to Ground

Spirit of the Bird

I hear your Song and it lightens my Heart

Blessings to All, and special Blessings from the Ancestors to all who follow this path of bringing within them the Energies of Creation, the Directions that flow inward to our Centers, to our quiet place, where from all Stillness there arises Movement which brings Life into Being.
