World's Changin'

We must learn to listen if we are to become the ones we've been waiting for.

I've seen myself and this world Changin'

All the bits and pieces are Rearrangin'

There is a life to lead and I'm gettin' It

It takes a long time to be forgettin' It

All those things that held me Back

All those people who dealt all the Crap

All those thoughts I had that went no Where

All those feelings that were so hard to Bare

But now I'm finding a new way to Be

Freeing my mind it's helping me to See

That I am someone who has a lot to Give

I don't want to struggle I just want to Live

So I walk my path and I enjoy my Friends

I hope like many that this feeling never Ends

That the people are coming together as never Before

That we are the ones who will open the Heavenly Door

I've listened to stories from so long Ago

About the Arrow and about the Bow

And I've heard them speak to my Heart from Then

And I feel my children we need to learn them Again

For the skies are full of Beautiful Clouds

The huge pines whisper such delightful Sounds

And the sea has waves and amazing Swells

The rocks have stories they are dying to Tell

The stories have come to help us to Dream

For us to see it is not as it has always Seemed

But the gifts are here for us to take Within

For us to share as our Mother Spins and Spins

Don't be afraid to step out of Yourself

For there is another you that you had put on Shelf

And once you get the courage to take them down to Play

You will here the answers that the Ones have to Say

There is a place we can go where once hard to Find

But now it is open for even all of us who were so Blind 

We can learn how to get there, to that Sacred Place

Once there we realize for all of us it's the same Space

This is why the directions are part of every Culture

They kept it secret because they knew all the Vultures

You bring the West and the East In

Followed by the North and the South Within

You bring them from without into your Center

And then through that special place we Enter

This will bring us to our Hearts our very Core

And from this place we can teach our Spirit to Soar

And one day we will find a Tiny place within our Center

And that tiny place is that same space that all may Enter

From here you will learn there is no Future, no Past

You will see the Now and it's all of ours to make Last

thanks Jametown, you are Listening, hope you are well. I have a pinched nerve or something in my lower back. At least I can sleep, my muscles in the back of my legs are tighter than hell, can't walk long at all and it kills, hope it clears soon. Chiropractor or doctor I think.
