Who's Answer

I once accepted answers from others but now I prefer to find my own.

You say you got the Answer
But it's just not Mine
I gotta go Away
Cause I ain't found no Quiet Bay
You say you know where I Belong
But you know I don't feel it nearly that Strong

You say there will come a Time 
When I really won't Mind
But that day is not here Yet
You see there is still someone I have not Met
Still lookin' for that Child that I lost a While
A while back when someone still could Smile

You say you got the Answer
But yet you seem to be walking nearer the Cliff
Can I ever find my own Home 
You say never if you keep trying to Roam
But yet I feel I'm getting Close
Nearly there at that point gazing at my Ghost

You say look down and just keep Goin'
But I look up and want to reach where my Soul is Shown
I've got time to spend a few more times Around
And I can lose my mind in this Spirit Sound
I reach out to be carried Home 
Still a few more seeds that need to be Sown

You say you got the Answer
But it's just not Mine
I gotta go Away
Cause I ain't found no Quiet Bay
Don't worry I will find it just a mile up the Shore
And it will always be my child that I'll Adore

I believe you can learn something from every single person you come
into contact with, but that doesn't mean they have all the answers to
your questions! I can completely understand learning on your own

thanks Jamestown for taking the time to let me know what you thought of this. We need others, we need community, absolutely. What I'm talking about here is so many people, myself included try to find answers in others and that just won't work, we need to find our own answers because if we are not yet, one day we will be left to ourselves at some point, and if we have not found our own answers, it will be a tough time for us.

for myself, but I also know that everyone needs help once in awhile!
