Sacred Joys

Sacred Joys

A Poem by Gilad Levanon
"

Seek out the thrills

"
Seek out the thrills
Revel in the chills
Mourn the spills
Ride the hills
Smile at the stills
But remember
That they are not meaningless frills

The suffering and strife
The love that is rife
The edge of every knife
The extravagance of life
Is all part of the sacred lesson

Slide along the current's flow
Savour the inhale and the outblow
Experience the above the bellow
Take the time to go fast and to go slow
But always remember that you know
This is all an opportunity to grow

Taste every minute flavour
Roll it around your mouth and just savour
Trust yourself to take an opportunity to become braver
But keep in mind that it's a unique divine favour

Make every moment last just a little longer
And allow every moment to make you stronger

Enjoy the freeze and the burn
Known that there will be things of concern
Accept that some things make you churn
But always return
To the empirical lesson
To enjoy and to love and to learn

nice phrasing..in the details of detail...it slinks and mourns hiding..."Smile at the stills

I'm interested in finding the ultimate question. I know the answer's 42 but "What is six times seven?" doesn't satisfy me. more..
