Down the Rabbit HoleA Poem by AidenActually rhymes! Poem about Alice In Wonderland because I love everything to do with itFollow the White Rabbit, spiral down the rabbit hole, To the Walrus and the Carpenter, devouring oyster and
tadpole. She at the cake and drank the wine, Eat me, and drink me, labelled with a clear sign. A nonsense world of her own, where flowers could talk, Alice was lost in a maze where playing cards would walk. The Red Queen sits atop her labyrinth of painted skin, Her pearled teeth show a twisted Cheshire grin. Snicker-snack goes the vorpal blade with a swish, And off went her head, which Alice crushed with a squish. © 2017 Aiden |
