You’re lost!

 

Time to time all feel

Blue! Isn’t easy feel

Heavy n depressed

Blank n black

 

Nasty n irritating

Nine out of ten

Thoughts focus

A subject or problem  

 

None an exception

Brain goes dizzy

Lost ways, feel sick

Tired n listless

 

Quiet n less energetic

Sadness mood, temporary

Few hours, may be day

Broken down! Sign of depression

 

Feel like crying

Tears are hard to stop

Choose being alone

Else, one to be with

 

Don’t go on thinking

Switch mind to something

Cheerful n different

Go out, play, whatever

 

Bodies’ n brains get tired

Need fresh air n sunshine

Cheerful companionship

Something, doesn’t matter

 

The tired feeling

Sign of poisoned system

Blood charged with waste

Quickly than can carry away

 

Right way, rest-pauses

Avoid tired feeling

Top speeds, never works

Tranquility all need

 

For once break all

Take real holiday

Have care free mind

Cultivate forgetfulness

 

Carry no excess luggage

Forget work u had to do

Give politics a rest

News paper doesn’t exist

 

Remember younger days

Others, you let worrying

Once don’t think, just be!

True holiday for mind!!
